Fees

$215 per 50-60 minute session (in-person, phone, or telehealth.)

$215 per hour for preparation of requested reports.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

There is a strict cancellation policy. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. The first missed appointment fee is $60, and any others are $215.

All clients are required to have a credit card on file for missed appointment fees.

If you carry insurance, you may have out-of-network benefits that would pay a portion of the cost of treatment. Documentation can be provided so that you may submit the claim to insurance for reimbursement.
