  • Standard Individual Therapy (50-60 Minutes)
    Perfect for ongoing support, standard sessions offer a consistent space to navigate current stressors and maintain the steady momentum of your growth. This traditional container is ideal for building a strong therapeutic alliance to address immediate goals with focused care and work methodically over time within your system.
  • Extended IFS Sessions (90-180 Minutes)
    For deeper work that requires more than an hour, these sessions provide a spacious, unrushed container designed for Internal Family Systems (IFS) unburdening. These are specifically recommended for:
    • Healing Legacy Burdens: Addressing intergenerational trauma and releasing extreme beliefs or emotions passed down through your family, culture, and society. 
    • Spiritual & Guide Work: For those open to it, we can invite in spiritual elements or inner guides to support your system’s healing with ancient wisdom and compassionate presence.
    • Complex System Needs: When many protective parts need time to feel safe enough to “unblend,” allowing us to reach deeply protected parts without the pressure of a ticking clock.
 
 
Pricing Guide
All sessions are billed at a flat hourly rate to allow for flexibility in your healing journey.
  • Hourly Rate: $215 per hour
  • Standard Session (60 min): $215
  • Extended Session (90 min): $322.50
  • Deep Dive Session (180 min): $645
Note: While your insurance plan may have out-of-network benefits that reimburse for a standard therapeutic hour, they may not reimburse for sessions exceeding 60 minutes. We can provide a superbill for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
