Fees

$200 per 50-60 minute session (in-person, phone, or telehealth.)

$200 per hour for preparation of requested reports (See Office Policies for complete details.)

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

There is a strict cancellation policy. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. The first missed appointment fee is $50, and any others are $200.

All clients are required to have a credit card on file for missed appointment fees.

If you carry insurance, you may have out-of-network benefits that would pay a portion of the cost of treatment. Documentation can be provided so that you may submit the claim to insurance for reimbursement.
